The following are the current opening hours at each location.

Hereford: Tues & Thur  07:30 - 19:30

Bromyard: Mon, Wed & Fri 09:30 - 17:00​

The current prices are as below. 

​

If you are booking a physiotherapy appointment, it is ideal if the initial assessment is 60mins. This allows ample time to complete the questions about the history of your problem, the examination and will also allow time to start treatment and go through exercises. However, you can book a 30min appointment if you wish.

Follow ups can be either 30mins or 60mins.

Initial Assessment (60min)      £50

SPORTS MASSAGE:

45min      £40

60min      £45

There may be different discount offers running at different times  throughout the year. 

 

Block Booking Offer:

• This is a discount that is applied when 4 appointments are booked and fully paid for upfront.

• These appointments will need to be used within a year of purchase.

​

Google Review Discount:

• A 15% discount will be applied to a following appointment after a Google review has been completed. 

• This will be valid for 6 months after the previous appointment.

• It can be redeemed on an appointment  for either the same problem, a new problem or for a sports massage.

Loyalty Discount

• A 20% discount will be applied to 1 appointment for every 6 appointments that are attended. 

• This can be for the same or for different problems.

• There is no limit on the time period involved. 

• It will apply to physiotherapy/sports therapy and sports massage

​

Long Term Treatments

• At times, there are patients that may require or want a larger number of appointments.

• such as when rehabilitating after a serious injury or  surgery.

• The price will vary depending on what is required, but there are different options that may be available.
